1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EtudyGo ("EtudyGo", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the EtudyGo website, platform, applications, student tools, educational resources, study abroad services, application support services, ambassador program, and related services.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. Definitions

Platform means the EtudyGo website, applications, portals, tools, calculators, and digital services.

Services means educational placement services, study abroad support services, application assistance services, student tools, educational resources, referral programs, and related services offered by EtudyGo.

User means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform. Student means an individual seeking international education opportunities through the Platform or Services.

Institution means any university, college, school, language provider, training provider, scholarship provider, or other educational organization.

Content means all text, graphics, logos, images, software, databases, videos, documents, tools, and materials made available through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding obligations.

You further represent that all information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete, and that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party obligations.

4. Description of Services

EtudyGo operates a digital student mobility platform designed to support students throughout their international education journey, from university discovery and application preparation to post-offer readiness and arrival support.

The Services may include university and program matchmaking, application support, admission process assistance, academic and legal documentation support, visa application guidance, accommodation guidance, health insurance support, student banking support, pre-departure guidance, post-offer support, digital student tools, educational resources, ambassador programs, referral programs, and other related study abroad services.

EtudyGo may assist with preparing application forms, reviewing and organizing required documents, supporting document submission, providing general visa process guidance, offering appointment and interview preparation support, helping students explore housing options, and providing information that helps students prepare for their study abroad journey.

Certain Services may be provided directly by EtudyGo, while others may involve educational institutions, accommodation providers, insurance providers, banking providers, technology providers, government authorities, embassies, visa processing entities, or other third-party service providers.

EtudyGo reserves the right to modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue any Service, feature, tool, content, or offering at any time in order to improve the Platform, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, maintainsecurity, or support operational needs.

EtudyGo does not confer academic qualifications, issue admission decisions, award scholarships, issue visas, make immigration decisions, provide legal representation, provide regulated financial advice, or exercise authority on behalf of any educational institution, embassy, government authority, immigration authority, insurance provider, banking provider, or regulatory body.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

EtudyGo makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding admission to any educational institution, acceptance into any academic program, scholarship awards, visa approvals, immigration approvals, employment opportunities, residency outcomes, or any other result.

All admissions, scholarship, visa, immigration, and related decisions are made exclusively by the relevant educational institutions, embassies, government authorities, or other third parties. EtudyGo has no authority over such decisions.

6. User Accounts

Certain Services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to notify EtudyGo immediately of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or misuse of your account. EtudyGo may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion where misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

7. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, completeness, and legality of all information, documents, and materials submitted through the Platform or provided to EtudyGo.

You agree to provide accurate information, submit genuine documents, maintain current information, comply with applicable laws, meet applicable deadlines, and cooperate with reasonable requests made by EtudyGo in connection with the Services.

8. Prohibited Activities

You shall not submit false, misleading, altered, forged, or fraudulent information; upload malicious software or code; interfere with Platform functionality; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Platform content; impersonate any person; infringe third-party rights; or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access and may be reported to relevant institutions, authorities, or service providers where appropriate.

9. Student Tools and Educational Resources

EtudyGo may provide calculators, estimators, GPA conversion tools, eligibility tools, AI-powered features, informational content, and educational resources. These tools and resources are provided for informational purposes only.

Any results generated by such tools are estimates only and do not constitute legal, immigration, financial, academic, or professional advice. Users are responsible for independently verifying all information before making decisions.

10. Fees and Payments

Certain Services may be offered for a fee. By purchasing any paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees charged by EtudyGo and to provide accurate payment information.

Fees payable to educational institutions, testing organizations, government authorities, embassies, visa processing entities, accommodation providers, or other third parties are separate from EtudyGo fees and remain your sole responsibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EtudyGo does not collect, hold, manage, or process third-party fees on behalf of users. EtudyGo may modify its own pricing for future Services at any time.

11. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, cancellation rights, and refund procedures are governed by EtudyGo's Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By purchasing any paid Service, you agree to the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy shall govern refund-related matters.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of personal information is governed by EtudyGo's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with educational institutions, government authorities, visa processing entities, technology providers, cloud service providers, and operational service providers where necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.

By submitting information through the Platform, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide such information to EtudyGo.

13. User Content

Users retain ownership of documents, information, content, and materials submitted through the Platform.

By submitting content, you grant EtudyGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, transmit, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing, improving, administering, and supporting the Services.

You represent and warrant that you possess all rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary to submit such content and permit EtudyGo to process it in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and Services, including software, content, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, databases, tools, and materials, are owned by or licensed to EtudyGo.

Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership rights, licenses, or interests in EtudyGo intellectual property except as expressly permitted. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

15. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, recommendations, ideas, or proposals submitted to EtudyGo may be used by EtudyGo without restriction and without compensation to the submitting party.

EtudyGo shall have no obligation to maintain confidentiality with respect to such submissions.

16. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, educational institutions, scholarship databases, payment providers, government resources, or external service providers.

EtudyGo does not control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, services, decisions, fees, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

17. Service Availability

EtudyGo does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuous availability of the Platform or Services.

The Platform and Services may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

18. Ambassador and Referral Programs

Participation in any EtudyGo Ambassador Program, Referral Program, Affiliate Program, or promotional campaign is subject to separate program rules and eligibility requirements.

EtudyGo may modify program structures, change rewards, reject referrals, suspend participants, withhold rewards, or terminate programs at any time. Any abuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of program rules may result in forfeiture of benefits.

19. Suspension and Termination

EtudyGo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform or Services at any time, with or without notice, including where these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, false information is provided, payment obligations remain outstanding, or user conduct may harm EtudyGo, its users, partners, or third parties.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions relating to intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions intended to survive shall remain in effect.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, Services, student tools, educational content, and related resources are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

EtudyGo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and suitability for any specific educational, visa, immigration, or financial outcome.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EtudyGo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages arising out of or relating to the Platform, Services, third-party actions, admissions outcomes, visa refusals, delays, data loss, lost opportunities, or inability to use the Services.

In no event shall EtudyGo's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to EtudyGo for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

22. Indemnification and Force Majeure

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EtudyGo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or information or documents submitted by you.

EtudyGo shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, political instability, cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, labor disputes, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events.

23. General Legal Provisions

By using the Platform, creating an account, submitting applications, purchasing Services, or communicating electronically with EtudyGo, you consent to receive communications, notices, disclosures, agreements, and updates electronically. Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from EtudyGo. EtudyGo may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.

Failure by EtudyGo to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and EtudyGo concerning the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms are drafted in English. Where translations are provided, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
