2. Service Fees
Where a student elects to proceed with EtudyGo's paid services, the following fees may apply.
Initial Processing Fee (€40)
An Initial Processing Fee of €40 is payable before the commencement of application support services.
This fee covers the initiation of services, including student profile assessment, university and program shortlisting, application planning, document review, document preparation support, administrative processing, and related application support activities.
Admission and Visa Support Fee (€220)
Following the successful receipt of an admission offer, students will be required to pay the remaining Service Fee of €220 before EtudyGo proceeds with the subsequent stages of service delivery and completion of the overall service engagement.
Together with the Initial Processing Fee, this amount constitutes the total fee payable for EtudyGo's study abroad support services. The fee covers services provided throughout the student journey, including university and program guidance, application support, document assistance, admission follow-up, visa application support, pre-departure assistance, and other related services provided in connection with international education opportunities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EtudyGo does not collect, hold, manage, or control such third-party fees. Refunds relating to third-party payments are governed exclusively by the policies of the relevant third party.
EtudyGo is not responsible for refunding payments made directly to third parties.
